My local BestBuy and CompUSA here in Orlando has nVidia GeForce2 PCI
cards.  Although PCI on the GeForce does hit the performance a bit. 
Hence why I always recommend the Voodoos which aren't really any faster
using AGP.

Well, the GeForce2 cards are available in PCI.

But for under $100, you can get a SiS735-chipset mainboard, the ECS
K75SA, and a good Athlon processor.
