Pure PCI board - no ISA and no AGP.  Both my modem and sound cards are ISA -
Crap!

Any name brands and models you like?

IMHO, I'd scrap it.  That is a socket 7 CPU (yes?) and not very current.
I'd
move to something all around more current, and I'd avoid AGP.  The
performance
benefit is dubious and it adds alot of complexity (YAB, yet another bus).
Get
a pure PCI board, no ISA, etc...
