Unfortunately, not all. Of course ideally a user would never print a
page, that isn't what web pages are for.

Nothing is to stop the user from producing a pdf instead of printing the
page. The required tools are all included with RedHat, and I assume every
modern distribution.

As would I. Theoretically it seems like gs can do this, but I haven't
figured out how.
