If you have an older version of KDE already installed, you'll need to
"update" instead of "install": rpm -Uvh *rpm
The "U" (update) will install if it's not installed, or update to the
newer version if it's already installed. The best of both worlds.
Also useful (maybe not in this case) is the "F" (freshen) option where
it only updates if it's already installed, otherwise it's skipped.
