Yeah, I imaging they don't pay their tech support people top notch
salaries.  Which may show the quality (or number) of people they have.

Oh, I NEVER mentioned anything about Linux in my email to 
their tech support!  I know better than that!  :-)

I only ask if I could get two AP's to talk to each other.
