[KLUG Members] I screwed up my fonts!!!!

I have recently started using the Ximian Gnome
desktop.  I have also been using the Red Carpet
installer.  Today I installed the updates for Xfree86
100dpi and 75dpi fonts and a couple of other things. 
Now in my Galeon web browser I cannot read a number of
areas.  Luckly my Opera browser seems to be totally
unaffected.  How to I get back the other stuff to
working??
