[KLUG Members] e-smith troubles:Make

esmith has me banging my head on the desk.  I am trying to load It did
not include make (whereis doesn't find it) so I thought to just download
Make-3.79.  I can't get THAT to install because it says "command not
found".  I checked for dependencies through LinuxDoc Howto and saw it
needs autoconf and aclocal.  There are also some other packages needed
and I don't see them there.  
     Is there an easier way to get this on the box?  Would it be
possible to just copy over Make from another Linux box on my network?
Could I just load the RPM from a RedHat CD without too many problems?
	AAAAAAGH!
