I have an Athlon ASUS K7M mother board, and have had problems with my system clock being off since I switched from mandrake 8.1 to BS ware a couple weeks ago. I've only noticed it off by a few minutes when I'm running Linux but in windows it's been way off the couple of times I've booted it up.
