I've been in this thread, and no rufflege has been spotted as a result.
When people always agree and have the same ideas is when I get
concerned. Or tell me I can't state my opinion, that really gets me
going.

That is the true moral of Linux, that banging heads is productive. If
someone thinks that the kernel developers float about on clouds passing
around a big mug of chilled grape soda they should go hang out on that
list. And bring your asbestos goggles.

Too many people takes things way to personally. Just because I disagree
with someone, even vehemently, doesn't mean I think their an idiot or
even moderately mentally challenged. Nothing will censor and squash
good debate like concern about feelings.

I'd almost say the only way, but don't tell that to a brain surgeon.

>That is a purpose of KLUG, to learn about Linux and related services.

Exactly!

>My "do it myself" mentality extends far beyond KLUG.

Me too, you should see my house. It is also a very good indicator that
I'm a lousy carpenter.

Yep.
