Redhat names their m4 config file:  /etc/mail/sendmail.mc

You should be able to edit it with any text editor.  Then run the m4
binary with that input file to create a send sendmail.cf

You also might want to read up on m4 a little, since the config file is
a little weird.  i.e.  "dnl" means comment . . .    

O'Reilly's sendmail book is a good source for m4, and I bet it's
available for loan from KLUG, for supporting members.   :-)

/etc/mail/access

You need to run "make" in the /etc/mail directory after changing it.
