[KLUG Members] Email compatibility?

I think the sending mail is compatible, but Exchange has other capabilities that are not standard.  I had a client once who tried to "recall" e-mail.  I laughed at first until I read up on it.  Turns out it can only work if both parties are using MS-Outlook and both are using MS-Exchange.
