Basically, my attitude is ...
   Never rip out NetWare (if it works fine)
   Never introduce NetWare (if you don't have it)

Novell had their chance back in 1993 when they were flirting with the
Linux kernel as a replacement for DOS.  When they decided to go down the
unsuccessful UNIX track, Ray Noorda broke off and formed Caldera.=20
Unfortunately for Caldera, Novell wouldn't license most components until
very recently.  Little did Novell realize it was cutting its own throat
until just recently.

Now we just have Novell and Caldera/SCO, two companies with dwingling
marketshares trying to figure out how they can get their users back.

And NetWare 6 is _still_ a DOS-based OS, largely with Open Source atop.=20
Might as well call it BSD/DOS.
