Those are normal messages.  It means it found your hard drive, and the
tape drive okay.  The "Start unit request failed" is also normal.  I get
this all the time on my IBM Intellistations.

I don't know about the Netfinity's, but the IBM Intellistations have a
"Startup" selection in the BIOS to tell it what order to look for boot
devices.  Make sure you have "SCSI" and/or "Hard Drive" listed.

Otherwise, there may be something wrong with your hard drive so it can't
boot from it.  (like it's empty or missing the boot program)
