Check rpmfind.org for BroadCast 2000.  It is a very nice, if somewhat ugly on
the UI, package.  Unfortunately the original maintainers yanked it for some
stupid licensing thing,  but you can still find it.

I don't know anything about how the DVD menus, etc... are encoded.
