[KLUG Members] midi in netscape and setting default browser

Two questions oh great and awesome gurus of all things linux.

First, how can I setup netscape 4 (and/or mozilla, netscape 6, opera, 
konqueror, etc) to play midi files that are in web pages?

Second, how can I setup the system so that when I am in KMail and click on a 
link that it will pull up the link in netscape?

I humbly await the answer.
