Ok, let's use an example:
I have a text file with lines 80 characters or less. This text file is a =
FAQ so I want to use html to link the contents to each text category. I =
want to be able to create an html document with anchor tags to create =
these links. And lastly, I want to be able to use that file in the Palm =
pda and use the links to go to each category that I choose.

Not sure what you mean by "browser format". Palm PDAs can sync to a =
Linux=20
box if that is what you mean.

>An Open source html pda file format would be handy!!

Just not sure what your mean. I don't see the connection between html=20
file format and Word/Excell.
