I'm running a couple Athlon's without any problems, and I don't 
have the "mem=nopentium" option either.

Should I add it, or is it for only certain chipsets / video cards?
Will it hurt anything if I add it to a system that's running fine?
Will adding it gain me anything (like speed)?
