most people use NetSol, the giant of the registrars.  If you are going to 
be registering a LOT of domains, it can pay just in frustration to use 
them.  We use netsol for most of our domains, mostly because it allows us 
a lot of options-- automatic update, etc.  

Personally, I used joker.com, one of the more "flaky" places. It's pretty 
useful, and I paid a mere 28 euros for 2 years of my domain.  woo!  It 
seems odd, since euros weren't really legal tender back then...

Anyway, there's a lot out there, but I would just suggest using the 
cheapest one.  That's what I did, and I haven't had any problems yet.
