The article is quite telling; it cites statistics that certainly 
reveal at least the appearence of a rather heavy-handed effort to
pack the ballot boxes. Kinda reminds me of people who go to flight
schools but really can't be bothered with all that pesky takeoff
and landing stuff. I'd get suspicious, too!

Yes, it's that heavy-handed, that obvious. That's something of a shame,
because, like the flight student hypothesized above, the line between
deed and real suspicion is so short and direct that it is almost and
insult to something (corporate integrity, our intelligence, any real
savvy about websites) to consider how it was done. If someone wanted
to pack the ballot box, couldn't they at least be a little subtle about 
it? Sheesh!

Are you now? Is this simple suspecion, or can you substantiate this?
Also, if true, is it motivated by The Linux Corproation? :)
