That's VERY surprising to see! I've had nothing but good luck with
toner cartridge refurbs for my (old) HP laserjets.

I beleive that Bruce may benefit from one of the new inkjet printers,
like one of the HP "Photosmart" printers. They don't seem to gum up
or dry out if left alone (unlike the Epson, and maybe others), and
they run about $150 or so. Refill kits cost about 40-50 dollars for
the ink....
