I've never had good luck with the reconditioned toner cartridges....
NEVER.  I'd buy new, even though it's more expensive because the
reconditioned ones seem to streak or leave globs of stuff on the paper. 
If that's not a huge issue for you, then you might want to try the
reconditioned ones, but for us here at work, it's not anything that we
can tolerate.  :)
