Well, the dialup still doesn't work.  It would be very nice,  but
certainly not worth hours on hold to be told I'm an idiot and don't know
how to enter a password.

Honestly, after my recent foray into Ameritech frame relay (now there
is a story about incompetence) I'm actually starting to find these
experiences amusing.  Maybe a sitcom about telecommunication workers?! :)
That would be worth watching, even if it was on pay-per-view.

But when you have $,$$$ worth of work waiting in the queue, it just stops
bieng funny.
