[KLUG Members] Galeon under KDE 3.0 in RH 7.3

When I run KDE and try to start up Galeon it takes like absolutely
forever to start (like several minutes).  It does eventually startup
and then it seems to run fine after that but the startup is
horrendous.  I have noticed the same with other programs that are
written towards Gnome.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there a
way to fix it??
