[KLUG Members] setting up networking

I have a computer with two nic cards in it.  When I installed RedHat
7.3 on it the install sensed one of the nic cards.  I am not
installing Xwindows on it.  I need to configure the other card.  When
I have configured two cards in the past it was with the Xwindows
utility that ships with RedHat.  I tried netconfig but it does not
seem to be able to do the trick.  Any ideas?
