I assumed you had your own domain name and a static IP. If you are using
the charter domain name then, yes, you would be opening it up to all
subscribers. If you have a static IP, then just drop that in the
relay-domains file. If you are on dynamic IP, I don't know how to solve
that one (I am sure other do).

OK, I thought about that, but then am I not opening up to anyone using
Charter to use my box as a relay?
