Can you set the magic-box's broadband interface to a static IP?  Can you 
add static routes?  If so, then yes.  If not, then it is going to be more 
problematic.

If the LAN Pc's thing the magic-box is their default gateway (via the DHCP 
I assume) and the magic-box thinks that the ipCop box on the LAN segment 
(cross-over cable?) plugged into it's broadband port is it's default 
gateway all will be good with the world.  You will just have to tell the 
ipCop box that the LAN segment on the other side of magic-box is reached 
using magic box as the gateway.
