[KLUG Members] dead pII

I've got a dead machine (PII, I think, the one with cpu on the long card) where
the user didn't realize the steadily growing growling sound were the bearings on
the fans failing and the suddenly quiet operation wan't a sign of improvement.

Anyway the user got a new machine, but I'm wondering the MB is at all
salvageable for my daughter going to a new school.

Replaced the fans.  I've pulled all the cards and installed a generic VGA PCI
card.  Pulled the memory and replaced it.  Pulled the HD.

But, it won't even show a post screen on power up.  Any ideas?
