Bruce:

How you were able to pay Charter to bring in Cable? Is AT&T a competitor
in Vicksburg?

I can get ISDN and have AT&T "regular" cable, but I can't find anyone to
get me anything faster (except a T1, which is a bit too much).

Inquiring minds want to know ;}
