[KLUG Members] AIX issues (pronounced ACHES, as in head-ACHES)

Trying to renable IBM toaster oven (23xx series bam bam)through a serial
connection to RS6000.  All hardware setup and ready, now what am I
supposed to do to enable it back on lp4?  There is a printer que
configured to use device on lp4, but lsdev -Ccprinter only brings up
lp0, lp1, lp2 (all 2381 impacts). What tools exist on AIX 4.3 like CUPS
or whatever?  Smit is a pretty cool util, but can't set it up through
there.
