I wanted to send a quick test page to the printer que. I saw a file on
the system and used cat to verify that some text was there. It looked
like a legit file (gat2) but I didn't read the whole thing. I threw it
in the que and it jammed it up. Must have had some characters in there
it didn't particularly like. Now I can cancel jobs through smit and
qadm -X won't even clear it out.

I tried to force the queue daown with the command #qadm -K "queuename"
But using lpstat, I see:upstair lp3 DEV_WAIT 445 /gat2

It looks like I will have to take the que down to flush it. I would
wipe the device/que and start over if I have do. Do I?
