No luck, I tried both endian styles with both the
cdrom and the cd burner with the exact same results. 
I didn't turn any of the paranoia settings off so
jitter shouldn't be a problem, at least I wouldn't
think.  I'm trying to get away from the Windows
environment so I'm kinda bumming about current lack of
Linux rip-ability :)
