Maybe,  but in reality the "prove malicious intent" concept is bogus.  It 
still works perfectly for intimidation.  There are twelve corporate 
lawyers, here is me.  Regardless of proof they are more likely to win an 
argument, and I'm likely to be out cash either way.

Actually this problem with the Lotus software has been known about 
*forever*.  Lotus bas been lying down on the job.

I ordb (and others) check myself regularly.  So far I've never had a user 
notice anything was going on.  And I wouldn't have if I hadn't peeked in 
the maillogs while it was happening.
