   Can you be held liable because their SysAdmin wasn't on the ball and
keeping their server up to date? I think not! So, with that in mind, if they
are laying down on the job, then why is a good email or test for spamming
against the law? They would have to prove malicious intent. There was no
such thing. Zorb was simply looking to see if their site was compliant using
established anti-spam practices.

   I'm more willing to bet they are ticked because they were caught with
their pants down and don't want to admit it. Classic case of "create more
noise over there so people forget to look over here".

   Besides, WHY did it take them 24 hours to restart the system? Seems like
to me you just kill off the old process and restart a new one. Then again,
they were probably using that "other" popular operating system and ended up
having to reboot the machine. No doubt it probably caused it's own round of
problems.

   Gee, I like Qmail & Linux more and more everyday. As of last week,
www.ordb.org said I was spam free!!!! Hmmm... I didn't crash either before,
during or after the testing. I like that! :-)

   Oh well, back off to installing IMP.....
