Thanks Bruce, scp is slowly sinking in... but I've run into the muck 
again...
Once I got the module in to 2.2.20/ipv4 directory I found that it was 
not getting loaded.
I did the insmod by hand and discovered the module is for 2.2.20 and IPCOP
is running under 2.2.21rc1.  Where can I hope to find this module for 
this kernel?
