Turns out I was a major moron and all I needed was my Linky BEFSR41 as it 
already has a built in switch (duh).

By the way, I found that setting up the thing on the Windows machines was a 
royal pain in the butt.  Had to download Lexmark's queue manager and then the 
drivers.  Good ole Mandrake said "hell yeah, I'll print to that IP if you 
want me too".  Yet again............M$ blows!
