I just took up the reins at a new company in Elkhart (down the road from you,
Richard!) Many headaches and projects to dig through. One of which is their
choice to use a Progress Database on AIX. (Progress is the company
sueing/being sued by MySQL). Anyone have experience with this or Prophet
accounting software? It ties to a W2k IIS server that replicates some of the
data to Microsuck SQL to display on the website. Tearing down and rebuilding
from scratch not an option, but I want suggestions on maybe ways to replace one
component at a time. I have to setup a warehouse in Florida in 6 months with
an onsite server and clients (and I REALLY don't want to mirror this nightmare).

They (I hate to say WE) are also using MS Exchange for email on NT 4.0. I was
looking at possibly setting up QMail (like I have on this box)or ANY other MTA
and came across this link on sourceforge. It is a script that helps you setup
POP/IMAP/WebMail (using Imp3) on RedHat 7.2 I thought "cool, that would have
helped a couple of months ago" but thought someone on the list might find it of
use.
