[KLUG Members] Default browser settings???

Is there any way to change some default preferences when a NEW
Galeon/Mozilla/Netscape6 user starts their browser for the first time?  

I'd like to change their initial defaults for home page, cache size,
proxy settings, etc.

Help with any or all of the above mentioned browsers would be
greatly appreciated.
