The kernel needs CONFIG_AGP support, CONFIG_DRM, and then the proper
drivers for your chipset and your card, respectively
(e.g., CONFIG_DRM_YOURCARDHERE). See if your card is recognized and the
proper kernel driver loaded.

DRM gives DRI the memory management tools it needs for fast video work.
