[KLUG Members] Squirrelmail problem (potential pilot erro?)

This is a good one for those of you who have installed Squirrelmail....

I installed it from the RPM on the squirrelmail site, onto a standard
RH 7.3 system (actually, rather late 7.3 BSWare, #14.0), with apache,
sendmail, and the uw IMAP server.

When I compose a message, everything seems fine, and when I press the 
"send" button, I get a blank message form. The message never appears
at the destination (a user account on the same host, this is a test).
There is nothing showing in the apache error log, or the mail server log. 
I have checked the permissions on the two directories used for data and
attachments, and they seem ok (wrx for the owner, who is apache, the id
of the [guess! :) ] web server).

If anyone has had this problem, or has sage advice to offer, I'd be
most please to read it.
