Since this was a fresh install, I didn't really check out stuff like this,
since I did an RPM install, I figured that this sort of setting change 
would have been changed by during that process. We all know what ASS-U-Ming
does! :)

Thanks! Also, please it turned out to be a straightforward "fix".

Yes, it makes sense that the Squirrelmail upgrade (or install via tar)
would not touch php.ini.

Now, off the finish configuring that server and getting it into the 
real world...
