[KLUG Members] Apache Forbidden error accessing a directory

I have encountered this error too... and it's quite confounding!!!

Here are some things to check:

Do you have a valid index file in the directory?
Is this index file readable?
If you don't have an index file, do you have directory browsing turned
on? (Generally not safe...)

You can try restarting apache or maybe clearing your browser cache.
