all you need to do is install windows. It overwrites any kind of 
bootloader that's already there. Windows is mean and ugly like that. I 
found this out when i was trying to setup my first dualboot system (ahh, 
them were the days...) I know there are ways of making a dual boot 
system where you install windows after linux, but I've found the easiest 
way is to install windows first, then install linux (or install them on 
different physical drives).

why not give them a try with RH 9? it's ALOT newer... of course, there's 
always SuSE.... :)
