I don't know much about GW;  but does it support Unified Messaging?  (Voice
mail, faxes, etc... all in one INBOX).  If so does it support SIP? (The new
"standard" protocol for doing such things.) How easily does it integrate with
other services: databases, ldap servers, external imap servers, etc... as well
as legacy scheduling solutions?  Constructing the appearance of a unified
messaging infrastructure is the thrust of Exchange, Notes, and the like; not
merely providing mail and calendering.
