It works as of 0.72-1.  I installed the RPMs on my Laptop and my LTSP
server.  Set one as a client, one as a server,  and all the calendar
entries, contact information, and to-do list items appeared in the blank
evolution running on my laptop.  Very nice!

It does seem to require Evo 1.2 or greater, at least that is how the
RPMs are linked.
