Hi,
not sure. somebody mentioned in one of the lugs that I should try
upgrading. when I checked grubs website and saw the changelog (it said
something about added large disk support). my root partition is like close
to 30 gb. could be due to that or mebbe some problem with my motherboard
(Asus Nforce motherboard)
I am not sure. the upgrade to next version of grub took care of it.

That's... interesting. RH7.2 didn't seem to have any problem with my
60GB drive that went into my main box a year and a half ago.
How/where did you learn this? Anymore details?
