[KLUG Members] Maybe a good KLUG project?

Given all the rattle about Groupware I thought I might have a good idea
for a KLUG development project (if there is enough interest/momentum for
one).
At http://multisync.sourceforge.net/index.shtml there is MultiSync with
lets you sync Ximian Evolution, WinCE, IrMC devices, etc...
At http://www.horde.org/ is a very robust web based (PHP) collaberation
suite (Horde, IMP, Turba, Kronolith, Nag, mNemo, Moment) that does
address book, task lists, memos, calendering, meeting scheduling, etc...
This exposes an XML-RPC api to the application functionality.
At conduit@lists.horde.org
/http://cvs.horde.org/cvs.php/HordeConduit?login=2 is a developement
project for creating a Win32 Outlook plugin for working with the Horde
suite.
If some enterprising group used the Win32 plugin code as a guide to
creating a Multisync plugin so that Horde and Evolution could sync...
well, that would just be really cool.
We have PHP coders, people who know about XML-RPC, people who know C,
people who know about GNOME...... and I think we have some people who
are unemployed! (maybe the most important asset) :)
I couldn't contribute much in the way of code, but I'm willing to be
webmaster, chief documentor, cvs admin, etc... of such a project.
Just a thought.
