I use wet (but not sogging) paper towel to get the grunge off, and then 
dry off with paper towel.

TP (preferably new) is a good substitute when one is in a pinch or just 
too lazy to go out and get paper towel.

There are some actual wipes that clean and protect your screen. they 
are called Kleer Screen or something. they work good, but paper towel 
and water is cheaper. :)
