I have to have AR (anti reflective) coatings on my glasses. The
optometrist *strongly* suggested special "soft cotton" and cleaner
formulated for AR lenses. The AR coatings are more susceptible to
scratches but my lenses will last almost two years, scratch free, with
daily cleaning using the "soft cotton". The 8" x 8" square of soft
cotton cost almost $4.00 but I have had it for four years and it is well
worth it.
