[KLUG Members] more info can not login to kde on SuSE

I did a man page lookup on resmgr and it says that it is a resource
manager.  It looks like it is only for an X session.  I can login as
root without a hitch and I created a new user and I can login as them
without a hitch.  It is just my main account that I am having
problems with.  I did change mice yesterday.  I do not know if that
has anything to do with it.  I changed it with X up.  But I rebooted
at least once after that successfully.
