Tanks.. I will check the MS newsgroups.. and they do have accounts as well
as they were functional as of last week.. and one of them was functional as
of yesterday and he rebuilt his machine and it stopped working today, I did
check and the accounts are not locked and I setup a profile on a different
machine for those 2 accounts and it works fine so its down to finding out
what on those machines is stopping the process.

You can use the MS newsgroups. Other than that I would ask if you
checked and made sure that they have exchange accounts (you can create
accounts without email addresses) and that their mailboxes are not over
any quota limits and thus disabled.
